Make data-driven decisions about the support and management of your assets. We help you plan your investments, know the lifecycle of critical assets, and pinpoint areas for improvement. As a Rockwell Automation Authorized Service Provider, OneSource provides an automation assessment service, also known as an Installed Base Evaluation (IBE). Our assessment is not limited to Allen-Bradley products—we look at your assets from any manufacturer so you get the complete picture.

Do you have...

  • A complete overview of your plant’s assets?

  • An efficient, accurate process for maintaining inventory to support critical spares?

  • Accurate lifecycle information, including what physical assets have obsolescence risk or have been discontinued?

If the answer to any of these questions is no or you’re not quite sure, it’s time for an automation assessment. Optimize today, plan for tomorrow.

What to Expect with Your Automation Assessment

Data
Collection

We work with you on-site to collect all data about your electrical and mechanical installed base, regardless of products’ original manufacturer.

Off-site
Data Analysis

We work with Rockwell Automation, using customized software to understand your lifecycle risk by site, area, line, machine and panel. We assess your overall MRO inventory status and recommend inventory levels based on critical assets and critical spares.

Strategic Report
& Recommendations

We review with you a final report that includes plant hierarchy and corporate risk profile for downtime. We go beyond the findings of your automation assessment and help you take action by presenting solutions that can improve your plant’s performance.

Ongoing
Insights

The support doesn’t stop there. You get access to a subscription term of My Equipment, which will help you assess and evaluate your asset-related risks on an ongoing basis.

END OF LIFE

Discontinued date is announced. It’s time to execute migrations and last time buys. Product can generally be ordered until the discontinued date.
